Book Signing Promo

I have been very busy of late trying to get ready for the next book signing. Just trying to make sure I post on all my blogs can sometimes get tedious. But here's where I stand. The trilogy is complete. The signing will be local, which is great, and will feature all three books with some sculpture I've worked on and some of the character dolls I've been sewing and painting. The most recent one is Shy, the main character's half-brother.

So if anyone's around during that time, please stop by for a visit. And if you have no time for books, at least check out the antiques surrounding the books. It's a treasure trove no matter what!

I will also have a gift basket drawing with some cool goodies, and audio book giveaway. So at least 6 people will get something just for showing up!

Young Jenario WIP

His collar was originally white, but I changed it. Looks better dark. Jen is not himself unless he's wearing dark clothing. Working my way to the belt now.

No'va Promo Poster WIP

No'va is the fourth book in the Wisdom Novels® series, and first book that starts Red Moon Rising trilogy. With this story, the reader dives into the past when the first four humans discover the world of Healers.

Even though I am still developing the initial storyline behind No'va, I wanted a bonus poster with my next book signing that will be included with book three Healer. Now that the first trilogy is complete, I can focus on the really juicy stuff coming up!!

Want to join me at the November Book Signing?

Saturday, November 21 / 11:30am-2:30pm

The complete Blue Moon Rising Trilogy will be available
Limited 1st Edition Book Three "Healer" will have a poster included

The Harpy Tree - Complete

Creepy shots! I love playing around with the lighting.

Meet Corrigan's mother, Everest. When she had all her facial feathers, she was truly something fierce to look upon. In no way, shape or form, are Black Wings supposed to be "pretty". That is something for their dove-like kin. One look will freeze you in your tracks. And they use that to their advantage when hunting.

The Harpy Tree

Got some color and greenery around the tree now. Just need to wait for everything to dry before adding additional color to the bark.
I used a spray-on glue for the vegetation. Hoping that stays intact. For the rocks, I decided to use Super Tacky glue (meant for beads). That way it'll dry clear.

Foreseer WIP

It's been awhile since I've painted, so here's one of the Foreseers from the novel. They can See your past, present and future, and can only be found at Luxor, No'va's only floating castle.
Work in progress

Corrigan Head Sculpt

Sculpted with Super Sculpy over a plain head, then baked in oven at 175 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. I had some hair meant for a BJD figure, so I had a little fun cutting it up and using it to create Corrigan’s hair, with a little help from a hot glue gun.

Koi Painting - Watercolor

A good painter could probably make that fish pop out of the water no matter what angle you viewed it from. With more practice I might get there. It's a jump from my everyday digital stuff.
